1700x vs 6800k for Video Editing?

I'm going to get a new pic in about 2 weeks or so and needed to know which cpu will be better in video editing, the 1700x or the 6800k. I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 15 if that makes any difference

For Editing and work its better to have more cores, i would pick the 1700x here as it will offer more bang for the buck at the task. You would need to plan on disks probably SSD and separate them 1 for OS and programs, 1 for Media files and 1 for final render, those affect greatly render times.
