Hey all, i have my fx8320 OC'ed at 4GHz, but i noticed that its currently running at 3989.07.
Originally when i Oc'ed it it was running at 3999.99, but it seems to have slipped down.
Anyone know the issue?

10mhz means nothing, you might have misread the number when you OC'ed at the first time.
