New build won't boot

Hello, i just finished installing my ryzen 1600 and msi b350 tomahawk and a fresh install of windows. Now it wont boot any help appreciated. I can get into bios, just wont boot windows.

When did it quit booting? You said you installed Windows, which suggests it was booting at first.

I reibstalled windows after flashing the bios, i only ever got it to boot once

I tried reinstalling on a sandisk ultra ii 960 ssd and a samsung 850 500gb. No boot on either

What exactly does "no boot" mean? Does it boot from the flash drive and start the installation, but not boot into Windows afterward? Or, will it not boot from anything at all?

Yes, it installs windows and when it resets to finish it gives up

You do have a GFX card attached i presume as the Ryzen doesnt have onboard gfx.
