Old system gfs, she had a hd5450 sapphire with 1gb ddr3 that ran fine it messed up.

300w PSU

What's best graphics card this system will support under 80$?

You can find an RX 460 for around 80$ (maybe a bit more). It should be great for your system. Anything under 80$ would be old and crappy (probably GT or R7 series) cards which don't get much close to an RX 460.
