clone hdd wont boot

Hello I recently bought a new laptop and used the aomei cloning software to transmit my old laptops hard drive info to an external then I used the software to clone it onto a separate hard drive on my pc, and now I cant boot or play games from it, I do not know what to do.

Does anyone have any advice, I just want to have an EXACT copy of my old laptops hdd onto my new one, how do I do this ?

You can't clone a disk from an old computer and expect it to boot in a new one. You need to install your games again clean on the new laptop. Only way this will work cleanly is if the old and new laptops are the same model or have similar motherboards.
