You must upgrade your PSU cause in SLI your 2 gtx 1070s draw 150 Watts and that an equivalent to 300w being drawn from both the gpus, so upgrade your PSU to 650 Watts or higher depending on the amount of drives you have. 700-750w is recommended if you have alot of drives.
if you receive bottlenecks from both the 1070s in sli you might wanna overclock your I5 - 3570k
Your Mobo has to be a Z series in order to overclock H Series wont work. Don't Overclock your CPU with the stock intel cooler. It will overheat. Get a CPU cooler that is water cooled or get a heat pipe cpu cooler( Cooler Master hyper 212 evo Recommended) The i5 - 3570k can overclock to 4.6Ghz, you can overclock it more, but the redline starts after 4.6 (dont go over 4.6Ghz). Some Z boards are different and have different maximum clocks that you can overclock your cpu. I have the same Cpu as you and my mobo is a gigabyte GA-DS3H (rev 1.1) and the maximum cpu overclock speed that is safe for my motherboard 4.3Ghz according to a forum.
I would just research your motherboard and research the maximum overclocking speed that is safe for your motherboard.
