All the new builders think you need one of those, all you need to do is the basics, touch the case often and don't build on a carpet floor wearing just socks. It's very common where I live to have 80 / 95% humidity
To many builds to count and newer owned one or needed one.

That will work but might need some tweaking to get to run at the 3200 speed since that is a overclock setting as with all boards.
It could also be as simple as enabling XMP profile.
Z170 and Z270 basically use the same memory. Some sites are a bit slow about updating the descriptions.

BAD ADVICE!!
you have ZERO idea of the op's ESD conditions, if he has 20% Relative Humidity, wool carpets, etc!!

YOU have 80 to 95% RH, does that mean the op does?? I don't think it does, and you have NO CLUE what you are talking about! ZERO!

If op lives in an area with 20% RH and follows your "sage" advice, I can GUARANTEE you that he WILL KILL HIS COMPUTER! No ifs, ands or buts! It will be DOA!!

Get some knowledge BEFORE you post anything about ESD, as it is obvious to me that you are TOTALLY CLUELESS:pfff:
