In my current system I have an Intel i5 7600k clocked at 4.6 GHz with a Corsair H75 cooler and a PNY GeForce GTX 1070 clocked at around 1.8 GHz. I was wondering, because in some games it lags and the frame rates drop, if my CPU is being bottlenecked. For example, in Minecraft, if I try to run it the frame rates drop pretty low and it doesn't run well. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
