Computer randomly shuts off

My wife I built a tower for her a couple years ago and it's always had this problem where it'll randomly shut down. It wasn't a problem until she started working from home where she began to lose significant amount of work. I've checked the event viewer and only ever see a kernel power event code 41.
At first, we thought it was due to power fluctuations and got a UPS, but that didn't fix it. Then we thought it was the 500w off-brand PSU her father bought for her, and replaced it with a 1KW EVGA PSU, but it still shuts off randomly.
I'll post the specs in a bit, but let me explain how random it is. My wife does 3D animation and modeling. She can have 4 programs open and run an HD render, maxing out her RAM and CPU over night with no problem. Or she could have a couple web pages open and nothing else, and it'll shut down.
