So I'm having a problem, there are a lot of games I am trying to play but they are constantly crashing.
so 2 days ago I purchased an Asus 1060 3gb gpu.
yesterday i noticed a couple games we're not working for me on my gigabyte 750ti
today i installed the 1060 hoping the gpu was the issue. but the problem still persists so i know thats not the problem
For example.. Fallout NV, Space Engineers crash when i create a world or try to load one.
It will give me a loading screen for about 10 seconds the "unexpected crash"
Other games (Crysis 2, Just Cause 3) are crashing right after the first logo.
A lot of games are working just fine (Left 4 Dead 2, Bioshock 2, Fallout 4, Battlefront EA, Garry's Mod, Portal 2, TF2 are all games I've tested and have worked perfectly fine.
I have no clue what is happening or how to fix it.
I haven't done anything with my computer to change or cause any problems. One day everything worked fine and the next... nothing.
I am not technologically dumb so tell me what information you need and I'll get it for you.
Just let me know where it is located.
Here's my steam system information
