Is my graphics card dying?

First of all, i'm sorry if this the wrong forum. It's my first time posting here.

As suggested above, i want to know if my graphics card is dying. I use an asus r7 260x oc 2gb and i encounter several problems for quite a long time now.

I get random BsoDs at all times, when gaming, when watching a video on youtube, when scrolling through facebook and in the last few days, i got at least 2 while IDLE.

The blue screen isn't normal either, the screen isn't the typical windows 10 bsod, it is weird, like a static effect is in place, i can see the :) behind all of this to know that it wanted to show me a blue screen, but i can't even read anything behind all these weird effects.

But a blue screen can be cause by anything, so i ran my ram test etc., everything seems fine, i have the latest drivers installed.

Apart from the constant blue screens, i get weird graphics glitches in the grass in Elder scrolls online, the shadows never stick in place and sometimes the grass even streches into a straight line towards the sky. (as you can imagine this can be really distracting in forest areas and in some cases unplayable because of all the particles that are in the air)

Can anybody help me figure this out? I really need to know and i'm trying to avoid RMAing it to asus.

no i haven't overclocked anything, just the stock oc from asus,
i tried underclocking it once, no luck.

Temps get a little bit more than 65-70 under full load (currently 55 with warframe in the backround idle)

The event is Kernel-Power id:41
But that would be cause by anything right?

I'll borrow my brothers r9 280 and test it

the memory dump is stored in the c:\windows\minidump directory.
you can put it on a cloud server like microsoft onedrive, share the file as public, and post a link.

you could also run whocrashed.exe or bluescreenview.exe to try an automated reading of the binary.

problem looks like a overheated or overclocked graphics card problem

I have never overclocked the card, and the temps never exceed 70 under full load.
I underclocked it once, but the problem was still there.

did you copy-paste the whole link? it works for me.

bugcheck was the GPU not responding to directx.

try and fix the problems below and retest to see if you still bugcheck.

the old applecharger driver will not work correctly with your newer bios and usb drivers. It will cause data corruption in memory.

try to find a updated motherboard sound driver, the ones that shipped with windows 10 tend to conflict with the sound drivers provided for the video cards. (and it often will hang the gpu driver)

check the date of usb2ser.sys driver (you want one newer that about april 2013)

------------
remove this driver

\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 01:28:46 2011

i would also remove these also:
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AsrRamDisk.sys Mon May 19 02:56:13 2014
C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\Drivers\AsrAutoChkUpdDrv.sys Mon Mar 10 03:33:09 2014
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\cfosspeed6.sys Wed Sep 9 03:07:42 2015

i would try to find a update for your motherboard sound driver:
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\RTKVHD64.sys Wed Jul 15 03:16:44 2015

see if this one is newer:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Pro3%20R2.0/?cat=Download&os=Win1064

or look here:

machine info:

I can't remove the:

AsrAppCharger.sys and cfosspeed6.sys (i did remove everything else you suggested)

the usb2ser.sys says it was modified all the way back in 16/8/16

There aren't any newer versions there for the sound driver.

EDIT: I deleted AsrAppCharger.sys
EDIT2: I also deleted cfosspeed6.sys

Now i'll test the system for a couple of days, to see if the bsod problem was solved.
If i get 10+ days without a blue screen i'll mark this thread as solved.
But what if the problem was not solved? Then we lean towards the GPU?

set the memory dump type to kernel so if you do get a bugcheck then it will store the proper info to debug the problem.
minidumps only record what is going on with one core of the cpu and does not show what your other hardware was working on.

I will. Hopefully i'll come back here in 10 days and mark it as solved!

I'm currently trying to see if it's NOT my GPU, if the drivers i deleted make no difference i'll borrow my brothers r9 280 and test it from there. But hopefully it won't be needed.

UPDATE!

Everything is still fine, no blue screens yet, but what i find weird is that the even the grass glitches are ALSO fixed.
I seriously have no idea. I REALLY hope this fixes everything lol

UPDATE 2!

I got another bsod, the same as before, temps were at 52 when it happened i was in-game browsing in the menus (Warframe).

Note: Today i noticed that one of my GPU fans didn't spin (noticed as i was blowing away the dust) while the PC was on, after a restart, both now spin normally

Seems like deleting the files didn't fix the problem, the fans are also a sign leading to the GPU... And a pretty strong one too..

Here is the Kernel DMP file

(copy-paste the whole link, for some reason it doesn't highlight all of it)
