I searched about my error on internet and I've tried everything. I have an AMD graphic card and I know about the problem with Raptr and PlaysTV. Still, after I unistalled them and stopped every procces , I can't start the game. I have win10, idk if this could be a problem.

Solution
Wasn't "piggy backing" was showing that he wasn't alone and was implying that it not being a steam copy isn't an issue since my steam copy of The New Order and The Old Blood are doing the same thing his copies are doing. I fixed it in the time it took you to reply your useless comment ;)

Only way to fix it on AMD cards is to revert to 15.11.1 or 16.8.1, then go to C:\users\%YOURID%\AppData\Local and create a folder called MachineGames.
Open the MachineGames folder up and create a folder called Wolfenstein The New Order
This will allow the game to store textures on disk rather than having to load and will help a bunch with frame rates and hiccups.

I can confirm that Wolfenstein Old Blood runs on Win10. So that isn't your problem.

Has it ever run for you and just stopped now, or never run?
Have you tried re-installing or verifying the game files?

Assuming you have this through Steam. Have you tried to verify the local game files?

Right Click -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify the integrity of game files

That can very often resolve issues of the games not starting/crashing.

I reintalled the game several times, I really don't know how to make it work. I almost uninstalled all the apps with an overlay.

I have been having the same issue with my Steam copy of The New Order. It started happening after I switched from an i5-4440 to an i7-4790. I reset my windows, I have verified the integrity of game files, I have reinstalled the game multiple times. I have the newest AMD drivers for my R9 290 and I don't have Plays TV or Relive enabled so that's not the issue. When I try to launch the New Order it comes up with a black screen for maybe 5 seconds and then it just closes. No crash error or anything.

Please don't piggy back on other people's thread. Start a new one.

Thanks! This worked for me. Heads-up to others, I had to use display drive uninstall utility (DDUU) to uninstall latest driver and then install 16.8.1 for it to work.

Man I wish I would have tried this before reinstalling the whole game lol. But good thing is my save still works.
