Hi, I just bought Arctic liquid freezer 360 AIO. I want to start overclocking my CPU Phenom ii x4 960T which is unlocked 1605T. So I want to ask how much volts should I set as maximum for overcloking it(1.4v at the moment and the maximum option is 1.55v). Also about NB and HT clocks is currently at 2000MHz should I set it to 2400MHz or leave it at 2000 and focus only on the CPU speed.
My specs are:
Windows 10 pro x64
Motherboard: Asrock 970 pro3 r2.0
RAM: 2x4 kingston hyperblue 1600MHz
CPU Phenom ii x4 960T quad core 3.0GHz(currently 1605T hexa-core 3.4GHz)
SSD: Intel 5 240GB
PSU: Cooler Master V1000
VGA: Powercolor R9 290 PCS+ 4GB

Edit: Oh by the way I got 29 C temperature on the CPU when is IDLE.

Solution
Keep them at stock or close to it, not much performance to be gained with them, maybe only for fine tuning but that shows up in benchmarks only.
1.5v is max recommended voltage for those processors but with good cooling 1.55v shouldn't be a problem either. I had 965BE at 4.1GHz and over 1.5v, under Mugen3 air cooler running 24/7 for 3 years without any damage.
But----- CPUs are strange beasts and no two are alike.

So at the moment I'm at 3.8GHz stable.
200x19
When I tried at 3.9GHz the PC restarted a few minutes after the boot.
So is that the limit of the CPU or I don't do something right ?
