After ~60 days of research, I have decided to buy the following setup!:bounce:

CPU : AMD FX-8300 8-Core Black Edition
RAM : 4*4GB DDR3 1866MHz RAM (Corsair Vengeance)
GPU : ZOTAC GTX 1050Ti OC Edition (4GB GDDR5)
Motherboard : ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura
Cabinet : Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212x
HDD : WD Blue 1TB
SSD : Samsung 750 EVO 120GB
PSU : Corsair CX 500 (500w)
Keyboard & Mouse : Cheap Frontech ones (I got 'em for just Rs.200/-)
Speakers : Creative A50
Monitor : LG 19M37A 18.5 Inch Monitor
Extra Cabinet FANs : Circle 120mm 7 Colors FAN * 4
UPS : iBall Protector 725 UPS

Please let me know what you think about this setup...
*Ryzen isn't my way to go cause I can't afford anything better than the 1050Ti...
*Also don't wanna go the Intel route...
*Is the CX 500 enough for this build?
*Is the UPS good enough for me?
*I will do some gaming on this PC (GTA V, Mafia III, etc.) I expect all games to run at 45-50FPS in Medium Settings.
*How much can I overclock my CPU?

If you can suggest anything better in this range please, provide links of the parts!

Thanks In Advance!

That PSU is a junk Tier 4 unit. Avoid it especially when overclocking. Get a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit if you want something reliable. Linked is a list of series. Just stick to the list.

Get a Pentium G4560. In most games it will do as well or better than the AMD FX-8300 even if that FX-8300 is heavily overclocked. Then you can skip the aftermarket CPU cooler and get a basic B250 chipset motherboard. Take the money you saved and get a better quality PSU and upgrade the GPU to a Radeon Rx470/480/570/580 or GTX 1060. The better GPU plus Pentium G4560 will mean you will have a better gaming experience than with the AMD FX 8300 build.

UPS Unit: A $30 UPS unit will be a complete piece of garbage and provide virtually no protection. You are going to want a decent model from a good manufacturer which is line interactive. As it will provide additional low/high voltage protection. Online UPS units are too expensive.

This build will provide an all around better experience and has higher quality parts. Prices are custom input for many models. They are Amazon Fulfilled prices. So you won’t be dealing with an importer. Be sure when looking up the parts on Amazon to choose the Amazon Fulfilled or Prime seller. As some have multiple vendors. These are all in Amazon India.

Gaming wise it will be faster with the G4560 and Radeon Rx 470 4GB. 8GB RAM is plenty for now and an easy upgrade later. You’ll get better audio quality out of the 2.1 channel surround system. Visual detail will be improved with the 1920x1080 display. The case is much higher quality and the case fans will provide excellent air flow. As for the PSU it is a solid reliable Tier 2 grade PSU.

You can't overclock a Pentium G4560. The Pentium G4560 will be much better for gaming.

Only you can answer that. I don't use one. I assumed you had a reason for needing one, as you had one in your list. Such as an inconsistent electrical grid. If not I'd just get a decent surge protector. I'd stick with Belkin for a surge protector.
