I7 4790k always on 4.4ghz after creators update

Hello. After win 10 creators updade my cpu does not go lower thatn 4.4 ghz on clock. I already reset my bios with factory settings and disable win 10 game mod. Someone have the same problem? How to solve it?

ps: before update I had my cpu on 0.8hz in idle and low tasking.

Sounds like you have high performance mode turned on in windows power options. My cpu runs at its turbo clock constantly if I use high performance mode as well.

No problem. I have yet to install that update but I will check if it changes mine as well when I do get the update.
