In my current PC I have a hyper x fury series ddr3 4gb RAM at 1600mhz (1.5v) and i bought a corsair xms3 ddr3 2gb 1600mhz (1.65v), inserted it and nothing came up on my screen just the PC turned on and nothing more. It had happened before with another RAM but i thought it was just faulty. Is this becuase of the voltage? And also when i take the current (WORKING) RAM out and put this new one in it does the beeping sound for when RAM is damaged..
