so im wondering whats the difference between memoryclock and GPU clock?
because my GPU got a lot slower (dont know why) and i wanted to see what happend if i did a stress test. and the result was that my Memoryclock was doing 1500 Mhz and my GPU clock 500 MHz so i thought is that normal? and it got 90*C with these speeds so.
please guys explain and help,
Thanks alot!!

You'll want to look up this card's specific factory clock and effective memory clock, get the relative software that allows you to alter it, and change it to those...

No, those aren't normal clocks for this card. In fact, they're very low. The Memory Clock affects your overall memory bandwidth, which is what affects things like gb/s data, computational speed, etc. The GPU's effective clock controls what frequency it runs at, which, all the same, effects your VRAM. The very specifics, which I'm not familiar with, can be explained by someone more experienced.

But how should it run in the first place and secondly what can i do about it and in the third place when the gpu is about using 90% in the stresstest its 90*C so....

You'll want to look up this card's specific factory clock and effective memory clock, get the relative software that allows you to alter it, and change it to those settings. Also, if your card is running at 90C under near stress load, it either means it's overloading or the fan isn't on/very fast. Using the same software, you'll want to alter the fan speed, crank it up to 100% just to see what you get.

The card is thermal throttling, which is why the speed on the core clock has dropped to 500, 1500 on the memory sounds normal or close to it anyway. Try to clean the card of dust and see what happens
