I wouldn't say high settings, maybe low-med. You have to understand that modern games or getting more and more hungry. But wiht that 470, medium settings should be sufficient enough. You also may want to consider bumping up to a RX 480 or GTX 1060 3GB for $20 more.

I was going to suggest that the RX570 performs better for the same price.
