Motherboard and fx 8350 cpu for world of war ships

Need some feed back from the pros on a set up for playing world of warships. Mb, cpu and video card.
Initially my thoughts are this,

Asus 970 PRO GAMING/AURA ATX
AMD FX-8350 4 GHz Processor

EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC GAMING, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) (04G-P4-6253-KR)
Thoughts, isues , or recommendations thanks for the help .

Yes. Honestly, if you want a board that'll really go a long way, get Ryzen. Intel has the habit of only going through 2-3 generations of CPU before changing their socket type, and with that trend, we're really looking at maybe an 8th gen Intel before 1151 becomes obsolescent. Ryzen's AM4 boards will definitely be the more future proof, and you can get a better Ryzen processor later on, or whatever new AM4 processors come around.

Everything you have there works together, just fine. Since you're using an FX processor, you're bound to the AM3/AM3+ socket your board host, which, as it stands, aren't in production anymore (that being anymore AM3 chips). If at all, you'll want to upgrade to either Ryzen 3/5(AM4) or the Intel Pentium/i3(LGA1151). However, for this current build and your requirements, it will be just fine. :)
