You could go with an MATX, with only 2 slots of DIMM for your RAM, and it's cheaper and smaller- or, you can get this full ATX board- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157759&cm_re=B350-_-13-157-759-_-Product - with 2 PCIe x16 ports,4 PCIe x1 ports and 4 slots for your DIMM. It's a perfectly viable board that fits into your budget.

Simply go to www.partpicker.com and start 'building' your system by inputting in the Ryzen 1700, your current GPU, the PSU and RAM, then it will list the compatible Motherboards, pricing, and options on each. Then up to you to pick out the feature you need / want and that is how much it will cost you.
It will also redflag if there is a problem (not enough Watts, not proper connections on YOUR PSU as compared to a Ryzen board, if the card will fit on the mobo, etc.).
You should also include your CASE your using, as that determines what can 'fit' into it and what can not.
