Asus has been known to make stable cards with few cooling issues, and the same can't be said for Gigabyte. However, the Gigabyte comes through with a higher factory OC and a slightly higher boost clock. I'd go with Asus, because of the reliability factor. 
i was thinking the same thing i always liked asus more but i want to know if gigbayte oc will give any difrence in game
The difference would be marginal. I honestly didn't even know of the Gigabyte until this post. I would go with the Asus, hands down, for quality assurance and a nice bit of futureproofing.;P

i think i will go with asus just becuase their card look better in my opinion and will work better with my aura asus board
and i think the same about asus quality ithink this will be the best choise ty :}
