So I flip on the power switch and no fans turn on, and I get no response on the screen. The only thing I get is the power button led turning on. But that's it.
specs:
Pentium g4560
Raijintek styx (red)
kingston ssd 120gb
wd blue 1tb
Evga gtx 1060 (Don't ask me why)
Msi B250m VD pro
1x8gb 2133mhz crucial
Cooler Master G450m

I've been spending hours trying to solve this problem, and all of my cables seems to be plugged in. Do I need a bios update? Is the psu faulty? help

EDIT: It was the goddamn pins that were supposed to be plugged in in the right spots. Atleast the pc is fully working now.

It could be the PSU, but that's always a last ruling. Can you get inside of the BIOS? If not, then BIOS update is not the issue. Your machine is getting power if fans and LEDs are getting power. Also, is the monitor plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard? Not trying to insult you, but is the monitor powered on and plugged in?

try to clear cmos by moving around the cmos headers. unplug computer from power. from 1 2 position to 2 3 position and back after ten minutes. if you don't/can't move the headers then remove the round battery and put it back after half an hour.

if claring cmos still don't solve problem, then breadboard. take everything out of computer with only 24 pin power and 8 pin cpu power plugged in and only one stick of dimm on one of those slots. now take a screw driver and touch the power switch pins with the tip of screw driver. anything happen?

Thanks! I solved it now. It was these goddamn pins that were supposed to be plugged in in my mobo that werent plugged in in the right spot. So I checked the manuals and it told me where to put them. I thought you could put them on any of the pins but appearently not.

It wasnt the ram or anything else but thanks for your caring atleast.
