Is this a good PC?

Specs:

CPU: i5 4960k
Mobo: h87n
Ram: 8gb ddr3 1600
Storage: 250gb SSD 1TB HDD
Graphics Card: gtx 1060 3gb

I want to stream on twitch at 1080p at max settings and I was wondering what the rig can get me on CSGO and R6Siege.

Also what should I upgrade?

The issues I see are:

If that is 1 stick ram it will run in single channel mode.
The 3 GB on the GPU may run low. On BF1 i use 3.8 GB of Vram.

For CSGO no issues.
