I just build my new computer, and I'm having troubles with my GPU. When I start the computer, GPU fans start spinning for few seconds and then they stop. GPU starts to warm up. Also I get no display and LED 1 on the GPU is on.
But if I unplug the GPU, everything works.
What could I do to get the card working(already tried clearing CMOS).

MSI B250M PRO-VDH
Intel Core i5 7500
ASUS Radeon rx480 dual 4GB
EVGA 650 GQ
Crucial Ballistix 2x 8GB
Hyperx Fury 240GB SSD
WD Blue 1TB
