Specs:

CPU: i5 4960k cooled by a Hyper 212 Evo
Mobo: h87n
Ram: 8gb ddr3 1600 (2x8)
Storage: 250gb SSD 1TB HDD
Graphics Card: gtx 1060 3gb

I want to stream on twitch at 1080p at max settings and I was wondering what the rig can get me on CSGO and R6Siege. Also, should I upgrade my Fan? I play to overclock soon.

What should I upgrade?

Solution
I have a GTX970 and i5 4460, it runs R6Siege at 80 fps on 1080p with high settings. CS:GO takes nothing to run, so you should be fine.
If you want to stream on Twitch in 1080p your internet upload speed will be really important. You should have a 5MB to 10MB/s connection to stream in 1080p.

I would really recommend more VRAM on the graphics card(either the 6GB 1060 or a RX480 8GB). R6Siege uses a good amount of VRAM so you might not have great frames at times. I think it will be perfectly fine though.
