Cat knocked water onto computer, heard a loud pop and now it won't start, wondering if it is the Mobo that is damaged.

Cat knocked over ~4oz of water into desktop computer, did not know this at the time and I was met with a loud pop on startup. Computer currently turns on, with running fans, lights on the mobo, video card, etc. Screen is blank. Motherboard displays red debug lights for CPU and VGA. Tried replacing PSU because I had an old one laying around, with no changes.

Specs are
i7 6700k
Bazooka plus motherboard
2 x 8gb ripjaws ram
nvidia 1060 video card
Corsair RM 650x PSU

When I inspected the computer, I found no obviously burnt areas, no blown capacitors, no areas of corrosion. There was a faint smell, but nothing too pronounced.

Solution
let everything dry out completely with no power around. motherboards will get wet while LN2 overclocking, but if you let them dry they are fine. now granted this is no LN2 board, but still, let it dry all the way, and then try one more time. If the board is fried then it might have already done damage to the CPU and GPU so there can be no more damage done.
