I am suddenly experiencing strange micro stutters in Witcher 3, fallout 4 and Skyrim SE. I took a break from these games for about 3 months, and when I booted them up again they all had identical microstutters that is very similar to the rhythm of a heart beat. I tried some other games (rise of the tomb raider, wolfenstein the new order, xcom 2 among other things) and it seems to only affect these three games.
