Gaming PC That Can Run Most Triple A Titles on Ultra

Hello all,
I'm in the market for a gaming PC and willing to invest $1500-2000. I was thinking about buying a custom pre-built Vanquish from Digital Storm, but having looked around online, everyone seems to say to build your own. My question is with the budget above will I be able to play graphically intensive games such as Witcher 3 and Mass Effect Andromeda on ultra settings comfortably without overheating the CPU/GPU and possibly make it future proof at least for a few years? Also how hard would it be to put all the components together myself? I'd like to save money if I can but if it's over my head I would rather have Digital Storm build it for me.

Update: Sorry, I probably should have mentioned that I've already got the monitor covered. So that $1500-2000 is strictly for the PC build and also not including keyboard and mouse.
