My system:
Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit
AMD FX-6300
Gigabyte 970 UD3P Rev 2.0 (with latest bios)
8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1866Mhz DDR3 (2x4GB)
MSI Armor OC RX 470 4GB GPU
Samsung 750 EVO 120 GB SSD
WD Blue 1 TB 7200 RPM
BIOS, and Windows is detecting all 8GB of my RAM, but Windows says that 3.9X are available!
I have tried testing by taking one out, switching etc, Clearing CMOS, Reseating RAM/CPU, Changing which 2 slots of 4 I have on mobo I have already done the MSCONFIG->Boot->Advanced-> UNCHECKED Maximum Memory
CPU-Z shows 8GB as well, but in single channel, while my motherboard shows Channel A, with both sticks, with clocks, temps, etc
I have latest drivers for chipset, BIOS, GPU, Windows 10 is up to date
All of this happened in the last day or two, and I cant explain it...I'm getting really frustrated here.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
Below are pictures of what I have/system picture of memory installed
