Yes it will power up your system.
Few recommendations
1- are you planning to OC your GPU? then get a 550W PSU.
2- I calculated your system power consumption, it comes around 450W (No GPU OC)
3- this PSU is good (made by Seasonic -I guess), but just feels edgy so if possible I'll recommend you to get a Seasonic M/S12II 520W.

yeah im planning on getting an evga 750w gold g3, and eventually sli down the line, but it would be about a month till i get the new psu, so i just wanted to double check and see what everyone says about my current psu so that it can hold me over till then
