Hi guys,
I'm desperate for help. I just built a new computer, all legit parts from Amazon:
i7 7700k
GTX1080ti
MSI Performance Gaming Intel Z270 DDR4 HDMI USB 3 SLI ATX Motherboard
All pretty much top of the line. Installed professionally, no problems for a week.
However, something very strange started to happen today:
1. I can not open up Steam, Discord, League of Legends or any game installed on the computer. It crashes upon every application, and in Steam's case says "The Steam Installation Failed, and must be Reinstalled." Discord opens as a grey screen. League of Legends crashes before hitting the main splash.
2. I'm getting green artificating on certain thumbnails on Youtube and when connecting to Discord before it goes to the grey screen

Can anyone fathom what on earth is going on with my machine? I reformatted each drive and reinstalled windows but it doesn't fix the issue. I checked all cables and plugged all everything from the motherboard and replugged it in...and nothing.
