cany anyone help me?

thanks in advance

Solution
1)Open Steam. Hit the steam tab, and go to properties. Go to downloads, and check the first tab, for steam files whether the proper drive and address is selected. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)
2)Then right click on all games, go to properties, go to local files and hit the last tab to check the integrity of game files.
3)If still you can not detect games, let steam install them again, it will scan first your drive and address given in first step and will download only any missing files and the whole game.

you changed your motherboard but did you reinstall windows ? i understand your current issue was solved .. but if you have any other issues , this , will likely be the cause . just to give you a heads up .
