No display on monitor after changing ram frequency

As the titles says i have no signal to the monitor after changing my ram frequency. I have two 16 gig 1866 ddr3 ram. I noticed in my performance menu it was running at a lot less so I changed it in the bios. As soon as it reboot I have no display on monior. How do I fix this? Who should my frequency be set to given the ram that I have? How I get it to run proper frequency? How do I get signal back? HELP.

Do I need to do anything with the cmos 1 2 and 3 plug ins? I've done some research about it and that's what they said. Just try the battery tho? Not at pc atm

I switched it off and unplugged it. Took the battery out for minute, that didn't work. I also put the the thing on the left to pins for reset. Still nothing.i even changed proper ram slots. Nothing. I put the ram back. Nothing.
