System:
Asus Rampage V Edition 10
6850k
GTX 1070 Zotac amp extreme
Corsair AX1200
500GB 850EVO OS drive, additional 500GB 850evo + Seagate hybird 2TB

Today i was trying to get the DAC which comes with the mobo working and after some time i found out my bios was out of date. Tried updating the bios through AI suite's Easy update feature, after the reboot i got the Q-code F9 'recovery capsule not found'. So i figured i try the USB flash back, according to the manual i was supposed to see the bios_led_1 or bios_led_2 blink two times but i saw no blinking. Tried turning on the PC and it began. PC turns on and after 3-4 seconds it turns off, and repeats the prosess.

I've tried testing all the different ram bricks alone, disconnected every USB device, cleared cmos with the rear IO button and the hardware way, swapped between bios 1 and 2, tried flashing the bios again, changed the GPU to a GTX 770 i have. St the end tried without the GPU with only CPU 24pin+8pin+4pin just to see if there will be any different behavior, still same problem. Also tried changing the cables and connectors on the PSU. Connected everything back the way it was, no luck. Now i'm thinking it's the mobo since since bios flash may be risky at times. On the other side my PSU is 6yr old atm, and i'm hoping the fault is with the power supply as i was considering getting a new one. What do you guys think may be the problem?

Appreciate all the help i can get. English was the 4th language so sorry for the mistakes.

Download new bios from the Asus page, rename it to R5E10.CAP. Copy it over to a usb stick formated with fat32. Stick it in the flash bios usb slot, hold the bios flash button for three seconds while pc is off.

The extension was good to begin with, tried two other version of the bios as well as the one i had before everything went to hell. Still the same problem.
