New CPU fan is loud?

Hey, I bought new cpu this week and it came the other day. Its the AMD 860k the reason I got this is because my old CPU was dying and I needed to get a new CPU until I can but my new gaming PC, So when my pc is on idle its find and note loud but once I get into a game after 15 mins it goes really loud!? does anyone know what the problem is?

i would recheck if cooler is well seated look like fan run at full speed to cool the cpu and since it is a amd you could try to old fan in by removing the new one to see if it does the same you dont need to remove the cooler .
