maybei i should go with different cpu cooler and windows 10 instead of 8.1 i would like to use this specific case though. i only have a 720p monitor to hook this up too but i figure a 6gb gpu should give me headroom or high quality graphics mod on games like fallout 4/skyrim/skyrim se.

There are few problems with this build:

-If you're going with K-skewed CPU, you will want to overclock it; however, your motherboard does not support overclocking (you need a Z170 board for that), and it is also the incorrect chipset (Skylake requires B150, not B250).
-I cannot understand why you have two separate SSDs that are both some of the most expensive on the market. I highly suggest that you opt for an SSD boot drive and HDD storage drive configuration.
-Why are you going with Windows 8.1? It does not support DirectX 12, which is the API you will need if you're going to play any new games from 2016 onwards. Furthermore, Windows 8.1 is a highly inefficient operating system that is buggy and unstable - updates are being pushed less frequently and support will end in a few years.

why two ssds? isn't cheaper to put only one big? or one big and one laptop hard disk , 1 tb or a desktop hard disk, 1 tb too?, hard disk will move prices down alot, 100 dollars at least

i don't like the psu placement on that case, is on top of the cpu, so your heatsink must be very low or watercooled only, that criorig looks that could fit well, but the case manual should specify the maximum height of the cooler allowed

why you list windows 8? windows 10 is better and could be cheaper, 90 to 100 dollars iirc

the 6 gbs will not be used at 720p but 3 or 4 could be possibly, on ultra of course, all including textures

not much people is friend of windows 8, is it a retail version, a oem version?

if it is a oem, leave it with the old mainboard you have and buy later windows 10, if it is a reatail version, move it to the new build, use it and when you get bored of it install windows 10

Skylake would work perfectly well with a B250
