How do you over clock a CPU?

Its an Xeon W3550. I have looked online but I cannot find the settings in the BIOS that people have shown. Is this xeon OC?

The Xeon W3550 is basically the same thing as an i7-950. Does your motherboard support overclocking? If it's something like a Dell or HP you probably can't overclock on it. If you have an x58 board you might be able to.

I got the computer for free from my school, I have been upgrading it slightly over the past few weeks and I now want to learn how to over clock on this PC before I overclock or attempt to on a newer or more expensive better PC. I know i have to watch the volts and the temps and I am not going to jump from 3.3GHz to 4 GHz. Have to start some where.
