Evo 212 fan stopped! and case fan too!

so my CPU fan has stopped! when I booot my pc it works just and after like 5 mins it just stops spinning! and I also have 2 extra 120mm fans and I noticed one of them has stopped too and when I gave it a little push it spins very slow! could this be power insufficiency? I also noticed that my case fan seems to be working fine when I'm in bios but once i get to the desktop boooph it just stops!!

Check your BIOS, it may be set starting voltage for fans too low.

in my bios everything is set to auto, I mean from the box I haven't changed anything

and I just realized that my CPU fan cable was plugged in CPU_OPT port!
but it worked all these months just fine, anyways, I switched it to CPU_FAN and now it seems to be working fine but what I also noticed that my case fan has stopped too and it does the same thing, it works at the start up and stops once I get to the desktop!
