Hello! I am around 15 years old and I am trying to build a gaming PC with around a $700 to $750 budget. I have done a lot of research on this subject and watched many $600 and $700 budget build videos trying to figure out what I need. What I'm trying to do is be able to play Overwatch on High Settings, record PC game play (Overwatch, Subnautica, Battlefield 1, etc.), and I also might want to live stream in the future. These are the PC parts that I have found online for my build, but I'm not sure if they will all be able to do what I'm wanting. (Thank you for reading this.)
1. Case- AZZA COSMAS ( I found out about this case from a YouTube video called "$600 Ryzen 5 Gaming PC")
2. PSU- EVGA 500 WATTS (I chose this PSU because the Newegg PSU Calculator told me I would need around 364 Watts for these PC parts. Was choosing this too much or is it good to have more?)
3. Memory- WD Blue 1TB 5400 RPM (This was the most recommended 1TB drive, but I'm not sure if I should get the Blue or the Black.)
4. Motherboard- MSI B350M GAMING PRO Micro-Atx (I found out about this motherboard from the "$600 Ryzen 5 Gaming PC" video.)
5. RAM- HyperX FURY 16GB Kit(2x8GB) 2133MHz (I found out about these RAM sticks from multiple budget build videos.)
6. GPU- ASUS Republic of Gamers Strix Radeon RX 470 (I found out about this GPU from the "Ryzen 5 Gaming PC" video.)
7. CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 4-Core 3.5 GHz (I found out about this CPU from the "Ryzen 5 Gaming PC" video.)
All together this adds up to around $682.21 (without tax, and as of 4/19/17). This is cheaper than $700 but if I had to buy more expensive parts to meet my requirements I would do so.( Also for the live steaming part I talked about earlier that's not a main requirement, but I would like to be able to do that.)
Thank you for reading this far and I would really like to hear what you guys think about these specs and what I should change about it.

yeap, that one. streaming puts additional load on CPU, so you do want more than 4 cores as even i7-7700K struggles with streaming due to "low" core count.

Here is the list of what i'd get for that budget:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($217.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($93.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: GeIL EVO X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus Radeon RX 480 4GB Dual Video Card ($181.69 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @...

What's the difference between the two graphics cards? Also the ASUS graphics card is worth around $180 on BHPhotoandVideo.
How much would those PSU's be?(Corsair, Seasonic.)

Is there anything wrong with buying the two 8GB RAM sticks? I thought those would help with recording game play? Also why should I choose the NZXT Case over the AZZA COSMAS Case? Thank you for the help!

That Graphics card looks really nice, I like the white. Also it's VR Ready too!(Not that I'm getting VR anytime soon xD) Which out of those two PSU's would you recommend? By the way, what case would you recommend? And lastly, since I'm still new to this Gaming PC stuff, what does rebate mean in PC terms?

the ryzen cpu works much better with faster ram . i chose 2 x 4gb so that i could stay within your budget and give you a superior cpu for your intentions of streaming . yes it would be better to have 16gb ram but the 16gb slower ram speed is not going to allow the cpu to perform at its peak .

NZXT make very good quality pc cases with decent airflow and cable management options . the azza cosmas is just a very cheap case , with terrible airflow , little room for cable management and it's the kind of case that will be ok for someone who is using a low end pc and doesn't game or own a gpu that is going to create much heat . it's also got optical drive bays which you don't require .

mail in rebate . it means that if you pay $40 for something and it has a mail in rebate of $15.. you fill in a form and attach your receipt and send it to the manufacturer and they then reimburse you the $15 (give it back to you)

Oh ok, thank you for clearing that up that mail in rebate thing! Also so if I'm able to stream Overwatch, Battlefield 1, etc. That means I would be very capable of just recording game play correct? That RX 480 looks good and sounds like it will be worth the money from what you and n0ns3ns3 have said, so I'll definitely try to buy that one. As for the case, it's more expensive than the AZZA case, but if I want a good PC I guess I'll get that one. Thank you for your help! This is really good advice and I'm glad that I now know more about what I should get. The main reason I'm going for a budget build is because I'm starting a job soon and I want to try to get some of the parts before I start work. Right now I have about $30 so I was leaning towards that cheaper case, but you shown me a better quality case so I should definitely buy it.

By 6-Core Ryzen you mean the one that adiec recommended?(AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor) Also thanks for the feedback!

if you intend to overclock, get some aftermarket cooler like CM 212 EVO. This one is awesome: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/93Crxr/cryorig-cpu-cooler-h7
next upgrade would be getting a 240-500GB SSD.

you could remove the cpu cooler from my build and use the stock cooler that the ryzen comes with.. using the money saved on the cooler to get the 16gb from the above build.

if you are going to go with the seasonic psu that we have both suggested then i would stick with the nzxt s340 case due to the unsightly nature of fully wired power supplies! the nzxt s340 has a cover over the power supply unit that helps to hide away those awful looking cables !

^ I edited your list exactly with the parts that are better suited for this build - IMHO.
NZXT case is fine, but at that price there are much more functional cases like Define S or Define C. All those options are too expensive.
Your suggested MB is too expensive and comes from low tier manufacturer - MSI is one though they try to convince you otherwise through marketing.
I don't see a reason to overpay even 5$ on the GPU.

16GB of fast ram are much more important for the OP purpose.

Probably not going to overclock anytime soon, I like having nice graphics and good fps and stuff like that but I don't wanna go overkill on my first PC.

Thanks! This list looks really nice(going through some of the parts as we speak.) Here's some quick questions to clear thins up for me.
1. So you think the Gigabyte Motherboard would be the better buy?
2. So since I'm on a budget should I go for NZXT case instead of those more expensive ones, and if later I need to upgrade in the future I could try those Define cases? Also I think I'm probably going to pass on the Corsair Red Case because it doesn't have a window. The NZXT will still be able to fit all these parts correct?(Meaning from both aidec's PC part list and your PC part list.)
3."16GB of fast RAM are more important for the OP purpose." What does OP mean?
Thank you both for your time, this really does mean a lot. I might be going to sleep soon, but I will hopefully have decided which parts I am going with tonight.

the gpu has a higher clock speed but i did say changing it for a different version wouldn't be a problem .
i can't agree that the corsair case is better suited for this particular build .
i've been using MSI motherboards for well over 15 years and not encountered any major issues and i as i have already stated if the OP wishes to go with 16gb ram which i agree would be more beneficial then he can just use the stock cooler. my issue over the original 16gb was it being 2133mhz

I'm going to be playing a lot of Overwatch with this PC, but do you think I should go ahead and go for the AMD Ryzen 5 1600 4 GHz 6-Core Processor right now? My birthday is soon (probably next month) so that money could go towards more expensive parts. Also let me tell you both something real quick, my PC that I have currently get 25 FPS on Overwatch so the freezes and stutters they you guys may experience may not even be noticeable to me since I'm so used to major freezes and extreme stuttering. Also I live in the middle of nowhere so I have terrible internet.
And I've decided that I will go with the NZXT Case, the WD 1TB drive that nonsense mentioned, the seasonic psu. And that's about it so far.
