please help me!
i have changed the hardware but did not change hard disk.now the system reboots automatically at windows logo and this keeps repeating.the system repair couldnt help me anyway.please suggest how can i recover without performing a clean install.thanking you.

also now am i locked with it.?now if i want to do a clean install can i do?
