Attempted to OC, PC wont start BSOD

Attempted to OC my processor. Upped it to 4.0 from 3.4 and fed it some voltage. PC rebooted and almost instantly got a BSOD. PC is now stuck in boot loop with several different BSOD errors. Installed new HDD, installed windows. Was fine for a moment and then BSOD again. Any ideas would be great.

Build: Intel i5 3570k, Gigabyte Z77 D3H, 16bg DDR3 Corsair Veng., Astek 510 Liquid Cool, 1 TB HDD, 500 gb SSD, 600w PSU, Windows 10,

If you overclocked it through the BIOS, then reset the BIOS via one of the three methods described here:
