@BIOS update help

So, I have GA-990XA-UD3 motherboard. I have decided to update my BIOS so I have downloaded the program @BIOS. I chose to download from Online Server. After I have pressed on that, I got this window (image attached" and I am not sure is that right now. Can someone tell me is everything ok? Am I allowed to proceed and press OK?

It is 1.1 revision. Underneath there is a fully described post that was merged to this thread.
I don't know what a "reflash" is or how to do it. I'd appreciate a walkthrough. But I am able to get in BIOS setings.

Before updating the BIOS I only overclocked my CPU a bit. So I guess it wasn't on those optimized settings. I only press "Load Optimized Settings" after seeing that the PC won't boot.
