Made a fresh build 2 weeks ago, with my old Deepcool GAMMAXX400 and Antec Silver 5, temps shoot right up to 100C in intel burn test. I did everything right, applied a LOT of thermal compound as well but no luck. The big metal radiator (of gammaxx400) takes 2-3 minutes to get hot when I literally plug out the fan so the temperature conducting is horrible.

Need a good reliable water cooler at the lowest possible price (and a better thermal compound as well?) ...

My build is like on a test bench. Here's how it looks:

I still cant see any voltage around 2.8 or 3 dunno where u took this number from.
However as i said in my first reply i would not buy any of those crap coolers on your list so i cant recommend any. 120/140 made for mini itx cases that has no room and bad thermal condition to install air cooler. Hope someone else who experienced with these type of coolers can help u. Unless your air cooler is physically broken no way those coolers on the list will help u with the temperature. There is something else that is wrong. Good luck

You could of used to much paste.
Either of these would work fine I would stick with the air cooler (I use that one in my PC)
The paste that comes with the cooler will work just fine and makes very little difference.
The Cryorig paste is probably better than the A5.

I would also stick with air cooling just because water AIO coolers are not as good as custom loop watercooling which will cost at least 200+$
Dont use too much thermal paste, for kabylake or skylake i use a 4- 5mm pea in the middle and then let HS spread it. Pretty sure i did around 100 application so far and tried all methods and pea works best.
Cheap (100$ or less) AIO water coolers will perform worse than 40-50$ air coolers from my own experience. Not only this but they will make more noise under load and lifespan is much shorter

Stick with air cooling? IT SHOOTS UP TO 100C INSTANTLY, GIVES BLUESCREENS. There's a "Reason" why I came here.

I don't mind the noise at all. I have about 4 different watercoolers in $100 range:

Corsair Hydro SeriesTM H45 High Performance 120MM Liquid CPU Cooler
Cooler Master Sedion 120 V Plus
DeepCool CPU Liquid Cooler CAPTAIN 120 EX WHITE
CORSAIR Hydro Series H55 Quiet Edition Water / Liquid CPU Cooler

Which one of these is better and will they be enough to keep it atleast below 80C?

none of them is better.. Most likely u have such a high temperature just because incorrect tim application or cooler mount. Try to remount cooler and apply new thermal paste.

Also if u dont care on opinion why dont u google for benchmarks or even try them all? I dont think that many people have used all these coolers and will tell u which of them perform better.

120/140mm aio coolers is a joke and waste of money. These only suitable in mini-itx cases.

I remounted thrice. My build is open-case. I made sure everything is right.

What is your vcore voltage during load? Just try one Water AIO cooler right now and check the temperature.

When I said I have 4 of them, I meant I've seen 4 of them online, I dont have a watercooler xD
I set a manual vCore to 2.80 to 3.00v and I don't know if it's too high.

Bullsheet! Download HWmonitor and make a screenshot during load. Must include temperature and all voltages.
Most likely u give wrong values or else your cpu would be fried long time ago, also i dont think that you can set it so high anyway, normal operating voltage is around 1.300v max 1.520

Also it seems that u have no freakin idea about overclocking, why didnt u use any guide from the internet, youtube could help...

Can u go back to bios and restore Default settings (press F5) then boot back to windows and check temperatures again, if they same high it means that u have mounted your cooler incorrectly.

What kind of theme is it?

No, I don't use HWmonitor. For temperatures I go with core temp. Right click on the image and open in new tab and zoom into it. I've mounted my cooler perfectly correct, I made sure of it. I reinstalled the cooler THREE TIMES to make sure.

Default settings obviously won't heat that much. I'm on 4.9 GHz and 2.80v CPU voltage, it's heating is obvious and that's why I need suggestions for a watercooler.

2.8v?? What does this voltage exactly called in Bios? Just go to bios and put all settings to default F5, and check temperature, because something you doing wrong.

Use this guide in the future. http://www.overclock.net/t/1621347/kaby-lake-overclocking-guide-with-statistics

Updating this, the monitor I was using had wrong readings. The voltage was 1.45v vCore, still quite high. I lowered the clocks to 4.8 GHz and voltage to 1.3v and still using the same air cooler, the temps reach about 90C on 100% usage for long, but it's fine. Thanks for the help. :)
