BSoD in games even with a new video card

Hi! My computer gets a bluescreen error while i m in video games, i just changed my video card because i thought i need an update and i still get the bsod.. the cpu fan is clean, the videocard is new, no viruses on the PC what could it be? I just ordered a new PSU. Do you think it could be a PSU problem? Thanks guys!

I forgot to mention that my hdd is freshly formatted (not sure if it s really an english word but im not a native english) and my windows it s just installed, and drivers are installed, for the MB and video card.
