Hey guys,
As title says I'm having some problems with my new build gaming computer,
When I connect the hdmi cable to the tv and turn on the computer no signal arrives to the tv(the tv recognize that a hdmi is connected but shows "no signal"), leds and fans are on though.
The ez debug led are on the ram and CPU( 3 seconds ram the flashes for half a second on cpu then again ram etc...)

I tried every possible solution:
Using one ram stick in every dimm(tried for both sticks)
Clearing the cmos with screwdriver,
Removing the battery for 10 minutes and replacing it,
CPU is well installed and no pins are bent, CPU cooler is on.
8 pin and 20+4 pin power cables are well installed too.
Tried to connect the hdmi cable to both motherboard and GPU.

I'm reading in other threads that I have to upgrade the bios however my motherboard has the same bios version for both 6th/7th generations intel CPUs.

Could it be a faulty motherboard?
I'm thinking about sending the MB back and buying another one(some advices here too)
Or is it the CPU? Should I boot with a skylake?

My system:
I5 7500
Z270 gaming pro MSI(non Carbon edition)
Asus 1070 dual 8gb
2x8 gb ram corsair vengeance 2133hz
Corsair rm750x
2tb Seagate hdd
Phanteks enthoo evolv atx

I appreciate some help here, and thanks in advance.

Any particular reason you are using HDMI? Have you tried another connection method/cable type OR a different HDMI cable? This is when the GTX 1070 is connected. Give Warp 9's solution a try firstly...

I've already tried to remove the GPU but still the same result, and I'm using a hdmi because I don't have a monitor right now so the tv is my only choice until I buy a monitor,

Not to under mind your abilities, just running through possibilities here... DO you have the correct input set on the TV/AVR (if running thru an AVR)?

Again, it may require trying a different HDMI cable, not because of spec but because they can be defective.

I suggest borrowing a monitor before other tests. After installing Windows and the graphics driver you van use the tv.

Thanks for your answers,
I tried 2 hdmi cables, one of them work perfectly with my Xbox one s, so I'm sure that the problem isn't with cables,
I don't think it's a driver problem neither because I tried both motherboard and gpu HDMIs to tv,
Sam Hain, what is Avr? Never heard of it before, but I'm 100% sure that I've selected the hdmi2 from my tv(where I connected the cable),
I'm going to buy a new stick of ram tomorrow, just to check that the problem isn't ram memory,
What is the name of that device that emits beeps while connected to the mobo?
I will buy that too to simplify things,
If all this doesn't work I don't see other solution than return my mobo and buy the Asus z270f

Do you think it could help?
I was planning on buying a 21:9 monitor but I spent almost all my money in this build,
So I have to borrow some from my parents and buy the screen as fast as possible,
Thanks for your advice,

Thanks for your answer,
I'm sure that I chose hdmi 2(that's where I connected the cable), but what's Avr? Never heard of it before,

The hdmi cable is working fine with my Xbox one s,
I will try a new ram stick tomorrow(after I buy it), and see if the ram is the problem (even if I'm sure that isn't from ram memory)
I will try what alexoiu said too,
I'm so desperate, I can't imagine what the problem is because all components are perfectly compatible,

But the ez debug led on ram and CPU are flashing!! So the Mobo isn't able to identify them. This is the big problem
