I had an RX 470 Strix 4GB and i got after it a 1080p ultrawide LG 29UM58 and this GPU wasnt enought anymore so i decided to get a RX 480 8GB XFX, when both the GPU are pluged in under load the PC shuts down, they both run well when separated. Drivers are installed corectely and the crossfire is recognized, my other parts are a MSI 970 and FX 8350 OC to 4.5 with a FreezerExtreme Rev.2 the PSU is a 720W Argus APS i got a WD Black 1TB and and Kingston 120 GB SSD the case is Rhindja X2 with 5 case fans, oh and 16 GB of HyperX RAM. I just cant figured out what my issue is. Sry for my bad English.

OvidiuGhejan That Argus APS-720W is horrific quality. I would bet money that it's the cause of your issue. You need to upgrade it ASAP. Please list a website that you feel comfortable purchasing PC components from, along with your budget. Then we can help you pick a good one out.

I don't think you are going get significant benefits by crossfiring these two. Or it would be slightly better than the RX480 8gb itself. Your psu cannot handle them both. Do not risk it using them both with that psu. It wont work and you risk to fry components.

You can find some benchmarks and you will see that there is some improvement but not much by crossfiring these two. Since you have them though, use them.
But as far as the psu is concerned, the labeled wattage is not always representative. The maximum output on the 12V rail is not what they label, especially for cheap models. To be honest, i haven't seen one of those Argus maybe they are good despite their price. But for such crossfire i would go to a 850 watt to be safe. 750 watt would be the minimum.AMD cards are power hungry by the way. Post your other specs as well please.
P.S.: You are not going to see difference in a 1080p monitor by crossfiring. It would make sense for 2k and beyond. It is always better to use one card in such occasions, as you just produce more heat and consume more power.

MOBO : MSI 970
RAM : 16GB HyperX 1866
CPU : FX 8350 4.5 OC with Arctic Freezer Rev2
STORAGE : 1 WD Black 1 TB and 1 SSD Kingston 120GB
5 Cooler Master Fans
RINDJA X2 as a case
Argus 720w APS PSU
The GPU's ... and that's all. Oh and the monitor is 2560/1080 so it should be a diference, at least more than it would be with a 1920/1080.

Seasonic are quality products. This one is crossfire/sli ready and 80plus Gold certified. It won't have problems with your setup as long as you do not overclock
Edit: I just saw you OC your cpu. Maybe it's not enough, i'll check again your market

Thank you for helping me, yes i have OC on the CPU and i was planning to take it even furthure becouse with 4.5 Ghz im only at 60 C, and also im planning to oc the 480 becouse out of the box the clock is at 1.2 Ghz and i know that this card can go as far as 1.45 Ghz. If u can tell me what PSU can allow me to do these things that would be greate.

OvidiuGhejan I apologize for my delayed response. The two units below are what I like. Ironically Super Flower makes the EVGA G2/P2/T2 model line of power supplies. EVGA sells them under their brand here in the United States. I gave you both options because I figured that you'd have an idea of which of the two entities has the better support where you live. They are both tier one on the PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

If you've already purchased the Seasonic unit, no fears, because it's a very good choice. It's tier two and they also happen to make EVGA's GS/PS models of power supplies. You're good with either Tolis_GR's recommendation or my own. Please let us know what happens after you install the new power supply.

! Important: The Super Flower and EVGA models are denominated in Lei and RON respectively. I don't know what the difference is, but I'm betting that you do.
