Ssd broken or ?

So I had to do this morning a pc recovery. But I think my ssd is broken? Can someone check this benchmark, I'm kinda noob with it.

Benchmark is not going to tell you if SSD is Ok, you need to use Samsung tools for that.

its not going to properly benchmark the ssd because you have rapid mode enabled(using ram as a big speed increase). that's what that message and lack of results is from
