CPU upgrade Blue screen problem

Hi,
I have a Dell T7610, for which I bought 2 cpus (E5-2695 v2). When replacing replacing my old cpu with one of the E5-2695 v2, everything is fine. But when I had the second cpu, I get a blue screen just before the win 10 welcome page. I get the error: bad pool header.
I have check the minidump file generated and it seems the problem is the ntoskrnl.exe file.
I have updated all my drivers, tried EasyRE (which doesn't work as it cannot find the operating system). I also run some system diagnostics, which recognised both cpus, all the ram and cannot find any issue. I also updated to the latest BIOS.
My last solution would be to reinstall win 10 but does anyone has any other suggestion?
Thanks.

Solution
The Dell Precision comes with a intel c602 motherboard which a Intel E5-2695 v2 is not compatible with this chipset motherboard. if you would like to keep those processors i would recommend going with a x79 board instead.
