I cant decide between i5 6600k or i7 6700k!

Solution
Im using the 6700k, and I can assure you, this is the best processor i've ever used. Handles games with less than 20% load, 20C idle temps, 50 while gaming with liquid cooling. Get the i7.
If you make some changes to the build. You can get a 240GB SSD and Core i7-7700K.

There is very little real world cooling difference between the Deepcool Captain 240 EX and NZXT Kraken X61. What differences there are. Are more than made up for the considerably superior overclocking ability of an i7-7700K. You will reach higher clocks with a 7700K + Deepcool than 6700K + Kraken.

Motherboard and CPU prices are with Microcenter.

Hitachi makes excellent hard drives and it save you $10. There is very little real world difference between 2666 and 3000 DDR4.

I'd go with the 240GB SSD build. 120GB isn't very much.

Frankly, I'd ditch the hard drive and go with a 480GB SSD. If you have a good internet connection, how many games do you actually need to store on a drive? I don't know about you but once I'm done with a game. That's it I don't play it anymore. I have a Steam backlog going back to 2013. Too many games and too little time. There are only a select few that stay loaded. Which have replay or screwing around value. I find I have ample room with a 512GB SSD.

Once you load games off an SSD. You will never want to use a hard drive again. They're slow as molasses in January.

You can always add a hard drive later. Upgrading the SSD and cloning/reinstalling Windows is a pain.
