For some reason whenever my gpu reaches 70 degrees it starts beeping.
Specs:
GPU: GTX 970 Zotac
CPU: I7 4790(non k)
Hard drive: WD 1TB
SSD: Samsung Evo 850 250 GB
PSU: Corsair CX 600 Watts 80+
CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212
Ram: 16 GB Kingston
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H Intel® Z87 Chipset ULTRA DURABLE

Solution
Well, if the card is still under warranty, you could call for repair/replace. Otherwise, there is a lot of youtube videos demonstrating various tricks - but can't tell you if any of them actually work.

Just checked the sourceof the noise and yep it seems that the gpu is making the noise

There is simple trick to find out if fans are making noise. Do what is needed to make GPU start the noise; then touch GPU fan with a finger exactly at the center (so you don't get hit by the fan blades) and start pushing gently until the fan stops (but don't let it stopped for more then few seconds). Repeat for every fan. If the noise stops when fan is not spinning, then it is fan making noise. Otherwise something inside card is making the noise.

So the inside of the gpu is making the noise
